One accountable team from first drawing to final walkthrough. We coordinate designers, engineers, trades and inspections, hold the schedule, and keep a single point of contact for every decision.
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home gut renovations, rear additions and second-storey builds on Toronto's older housing stock — where structure, servicing and grade rarely match the original plans.
We build the envelope first: continuous insulation, air-sealing, thermal-broken details, right-sized HVAC and heat-recovery ventilation. Lower bills, quieter rooms, fewer callbacks.

In focus
Toronto gets roughly 1,200 kWh of usable solar yield per installed kilowatt each year — enough that a well-sized rooftop array covers most of a family home's electricity. The difference between a system that performs and one that disappoints is almost always the construction work underneath it: roof condition, structural capacity, shading, conduit routing and panel capacity. As Builders handles all of it as one scope, so nobody gets to blame the other trade.
We measure roof pitch, azimuth and shading from trees and neighbouring buildings, then model expected annual production before quoting a system size. If your roof won't earn its keep, we say so.
Panels last 25+ years, so the roof under them has to as well. We assess remaining shingle life, reinforce rafters where loading requires it, and coordinate any roof replacement so it happens once, not twice.
Flashed mounts landed on rafters, sealed penetrations, and wire management clipped off the roof surface. Our roofing warranty stays intact because we do both scopes.
Licensed ESA-permitted work: string or micro-inverters, DC/AC disconnects, panel upgrades where the service can't carry the load, and rapid-shutdown compliance.
Optional battery storage with critical-load subpanels so the fridge, furnace and internet stay up during outages — increasingly worth it in Toronto's ice-storm season.
We prepare and file the Toronto Hydro net-metering application, handle ESA inspection, and point you to current federal and provincial retrofit programs your scope qualifies for.
Level 2 charger rough-in during construction, plus load-management devices so an older 100-amp service can support a car and a heat pump.
Panel-level monitoring set up on your phone at handoff, with annual inspection and cleaning available so production doesn't quietly drift down.
