What kind of projects do you take on?+
Primarily residential work across Toronto — renovations, additions, basement suites and new builds — plus select small commercial fit-outs.
Where are you based?+
We are based in Toronto, Ontario and work across the city and the surrounding GTA, including North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Vaughan, Markham and Mississauga.
How do estimates work?+
After an initial conversation and a site visit, we prepare a scope-based estimate with assumptions, allowances and exclusions written out so you can compare it fairly against any other bid.
Do you handle permits and drawings?+
Yes. We coordinate architectural and engineering drawings, file for permits with the City, and schedule inspections as part of the project.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?+
Often yes, depending on scope. We use dust walls, temporary kitchens where needed, and phase the work so essential rooms stay usable.
Are you insured?+
As Builders carries full liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and every trade on site is licensed and insured. Certificates are provided before work begins.
